REFUND POLICY: Cancellations received before January 8, 2010 receives 50% of their registration fee; After January 8, 2010 – 0%. Absolutely no refunds will be given on registrations received after January 8th wishing to cancel. All requests for refunds must be made in writing, and are subject to $35 processing fee. Alternate attendees may be named until February 2, 2010.
